Himmelman Construction, Inc. (HCI) is a third generation, family-owned, Colorado-based construction management and general contracting firm (CM/GC). With over 50 years of experience, Himmelman has become one of Colorado's premier construction firms.
In 1955, Mr. Barry M. Himmelman founded the firm shortly after moving his family from Canada. With not much more than his skills as a craftsman, the firm underwent small contracts from small remodel projects to more extensive construction projects. Generation by generation, HCI has evolved into an organization consisting of the honest and hard-work ethic of yesteryear, yet with the most advanced technology and innovation of today's construction industry.
50 + years later, Mr. Himmelman's grandson, Barry J. Himmelman operates the firm with the same integrity, wisdom and hard-work ethic that was passed down by previous generations. Today, Himmelman Construction has evolved into one of Colorado's premier construction firms, undergoing multi-million dollar projects of all types.
